ORDERING

Below are available CIEMs at the moment. Please note the following instructions on ordering your very own CIEM:

1. Pick a model from the list below, add the product to cart and checkout.
2. Fill out the ordering form (link). Please note the order confirmation number we send you through email.
3. Email our customer service with your order number and get a shipping address for your physical mold, or send us the digital scan STL file.
4. Once we received your ear mold or scan, we will start production and a turnaround time of 1 - 2 weeks unless otherwise specified by our customer support staff.
5. Once order is completed and you receive your CIEM, feel free to send them back if further refit is required.
