NF节拍器 隐私政策

NF节拍器（NF Metronome）由深圳宁梵声学有限公司（以下简称“我们”）开发并提供。我们尊重并保护用户的隐私。本政策说明本应用的本地功能，以及参与 Beta 测试或向我们提供反馈时的信息处理方式。
1 信息收集
本应用无需注册或登录账号。在仅使用本地功能的情况下，我们不主动收集、存储或上传您的个人信息。
参与 TestFlight Beta 测试或主动向我们反馈问题时，会涉及下文说明的测试及联系信息；这些情况与单独使用本应用的本地功能有所不同。
2 设备功能
本应用使用 Apple Watch 的计时、音频及触觉反馈功能，实现节拍器功能。上述功能在设备本地运行，无需向我们的服务器传输个人信息。
3 数据存储
应用可能在设备本地保存节拍器速度、拍号及其他用户偏好设置。这些设置不上传至我们的服务器。
您可以在应用内调整相关设置。如需移除本地数据，可以通过设备系统删除本应用及其本地数据。系统备份或恢复中的数据由设备及备份设置管理，恢复备份时可能恢复相关设置。
4 TestFlight Beta 测试
当您通过 TestFlight 测试本应用时，Apple 会自动收集崩溃日志和使用信息并与我们共享，其中可能包含应用版本、设备及系统信息，以及与邀请方式或您提供的内容有关的姓名和邮箱。参与测试期间，TestFlight 不提供关闭这项自动收集的选项。Apple 自身的处理及保留规则见《TestFlight 与隐私》：

您通过 TestFlight 主动提交的反馈会提供给 Apple 和我们。仅接受公开链接邀请不会向我们展示您的姓名和邮箱，但您在反馈中自行提供的身份信息可能被我们看到。您可以在 TestFlight 中选择“停止测试”，结束参与后续测试。使用及退出方式见：

我们仅将收到的测试资料用于排查问题、验证修复和改进 NF节拍器，不用于广告或用户画像，也不向第三方分享从 TestFlight 获得的测试资料。
5 主动联系与问题反馈
当您通过电子邮件联系我们时，我们会收到您的发件邮箱及您主动提供的文字、设备信息、截图或其他附件，用于回复和处理您的问题。请仅提供与问题有关的信息，避免在截图或附件中包含无关的个人资料。
邮件会通过您使用的邮件服务及我们的 Gmail 邮箱服务传输和保存；相应邮件服务按各自政策处理数据。直接发送给我们的邮件不是通过 TestFlight 提交的反馈。
6 第三方服务与共享
本应用不集成第三方广告、统计或用户追踪 SDK，也不会通过本地节拍器功能主动向第三方上传您的个人信息或偏好设置。
TestFlight 和电子邮件服务的信息处理已在本政策中单独说明。我们不会出售您的个人信息。如未来引入其他需要处理个人信息的第三方服务，我们将相应更新本隐私政策，并按适用要求告知您。
7 信息保留、删除与您的请求
本地偏好设置由设备保存，您可按第 3 节说明管理。
对于由我们保存的反馈、诊断资料和联系记录，我们仅在处理反馈、排查问题及完成必要回归验证所需的期间内保留。相关目的完成后，我们将删除可识别个人的记录，或将其处理为无法识别个人的信息；依法需要继续保留的除外。
您可以通过下方邮箱，向我们提出查询、更正或删除由我们控制的相关个人信息，或停止后续自愿联系的请求。我们会核实请求并按适用要求处理；为核实请求归属，仅要求提供必要的信息，不会索取您的 Apple Account 密码或验证码。
我们的处理范围限于由我们控制的记录，不能代替 Apple 或邮件服务处理其独立保留的数据。您也可以通过 Apple 的“数据和隐私”页面管理与 Apple 相关的数据：

8 政策更新
我们可能因应用功能调整或法律法规要求而更新本隐私政策。更新后的版本将在应用内或相关官方渠道公布，并注明更新日期。

NF Metronome Privacy Policy

NF Metronome is developed and provided by Shenzhen Ningfan Acoustics Co., Ltd. ("we"). We respect and protect your privacy. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app's local features, participate in beta testing or provide feedback to us.
1 Information Collection
No account registration or sign-in is required to use this app. When you use only its local features, we do not actively collect, store, or upload your personal information.
Participating in TestFlight beta testing or contacting us about an issue involves the testing and contact information described below. These situations differ from using only the app's local features.
2 Device Features
This app uses the timing, audio, and haptic feedback features of Apple Watch to provide metronome functionality. These features run locally on your device and do not require personal information to be sent to our servers.
3 Data Storage
The app may save the metronome tempo, time signature, and other user preferences locally on your device. These settings are not uploaded to our servers.
You can change these settings in the app. To remove local data, use your device's system controls to delete the app and its local data. Data in system backups or restores is managed through your device and backup settings; restoring a backup may restore these preferences.
4 TestFlight Beta Testing
When you test this app through TestFlight, Apple automatically collects crash logs and usage information and shares them with us. This may include app version, device and system details, and names and email addresses depending on the invitation method or information you provide. TestFlight has no opt-out for this automatic collection while you participate. Apple's own processing and retention rules are described in TestFlight & Privacy:

Feedback you submit through TestFlight is provided to Apple and us. Accepting a public-link invitation alone does not reveal your name or email to us, but identifying information you include in feedback may be visible to us. You can select Stop Testing in TestFlight to end participation in further testing. Instructions are available at:

We use the testing information we receive only to investigate issues, verify fixes and improve NF Metronome. We do not use it for advertising or user profiling, and we do not share testing information obtained through TestFlight with third parties.
5 Contacting Us and Providing Feedback
When you email us, we receive your sender email address and any text, device information, screenshots or other attachments you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to and resolve your request. Please provide only information relevant to the issue and avoid including unrelated personal details in screenshots or attachments.
Email is transmitted and stored through your email service and our Gmail service. Those services handle data under their respective policies. Email sent directly to us is not feedback submitted through TestFlight.
6 Third-Party Services and Sharing
The app contains no third-party advertising, analytics or user-tracking SDKs. Its local metronome features do not actively upload your personal information or preferences to third parties.
This policy separately explains information processing through TestFlight and email services. We do not sell your personal information. If we introduce other third-party services that require personal information to be processed, we will update this policy and inform you as required.
7 Retention Deletion and Your Requests
Local preferences are stored on your device and can be managed as described in Section 3.
We retain feedback, diagnostic information and contact records in our possession only for as long as needed to address feedback, investigate issues and complete necessary regression checks. Once these purposes have been fulfilled, we will delete personally identifiable records or render the information non-identifiable, unless continued retention is required by law.
You can email us at the address below to request access to, correction or deletion of relevant personal information under our control, or to ask us to stop further optional contact. We will verify and handle your request in accordance with applicable requirements. We will request only information necessary to verify that the request relates to you and will not ask for your Apple Account password or verification codes.
We can act only on records under our control; we cannot act on behalf of Apple or email services in relation to data they independently retain. You can also manage data associated with Apple through Apple's Data and Privacy page:

8 Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to app features or legal and regulatory requirements. Updated versions will be published in the app or through relevant official channels and will display an updated date.
