This Agreement is entered into between the user (hereinafter referred to as "you") and Shenzhen NF Acoustics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "us") regarding the products and online services we provide (including our website and online services we are currently providing and may provide to you in the future, hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Products and Services"). This Agreement includes the User Agreement, the User Personal Information Protection Policy (including but not limited to user codes, player rules, notices and announcements) and their revised versions. Once officially released, the foregoing shall constitute an integral part of this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement").

For your further information, considering the continuous changes to us, our users and market conditions, we reserve the right to modify, add or delete the clauses of this Agreement at any time. When modifying, adding or deleting such clauses, we will notify you via in-app pop-ups or other appropriate means. If you do not agree to the modified, added or deleted content, you may stop using the Products and Services provided by us. Your continued use of the Products and Services provided by us shall be deemed as your consent to and acceptance of all content of this Agreement after such modification, addition or deletion, and you shall not be entitled to claim any compensation or indemnification therefor.
About Service Content
The specific content of our Products and Services shall be provided by us based on actual circumstances, such as software (APP), forums (BBS), email services, posting personal comments, etc. We reserve the right to change, suspend or terminate part or all of the online services at any time.
We may charge certain fees for some Products or Services when providing them. In such cases, we will make clear prompts on the relevant pages. If you do not agree to pay such fees, you will not be able to access the relevant Products or Services.
Please understand that we only provide the Products and Services. All other equipment related to the Products and Services (such as computers, modems and other devices for Internet access) and required expenses (such as telephone charges and Internet access fees paid for connecting to the Internet) shall be borne by you on your own.
You shall use genuine software to access the online services. You may obtain such software directly from our website or from authorized third parties. If you obtain our Products and Services from unauthorized third parties, it shall be deemed that you have not obtained authorization. We cannot guarantee your normal use of such Products or Services, and you shall bear any potential losses arising therefrom on your own.
During your use of the Products and Services provided by us, you have the right to supervise whether we and our staff provide the Products and Services in accordance with the standards we have published. You may also submit comments and suggestions related to our Products and Services to us at any time through the contact information set forth in this Agreement.
